Under Guarantee- Cozy Crates and Kennels warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects for 1 year from the original date of consumer purchase. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, improper operation or unauthorized repair or alteration. Any warranty work will be done by Homestretch™ personnel and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from their office. Please email us if you have any problems.

Our Crates cannot be returned after the crate has been occupied by your pet unless they are defective.
